Fantastic work. You’ve just saved that car and gave it many more years of useful life. I’ve just got rid of my XC60 which I loved and traded up to a new XC90. I hope it’s as good as the last Volvo. Can’t wait to see your next project. All the best from Scotland.

Looks like when i did mine it lived in Northern Alberta i used a hydraulic puller on the discs it broke the edges off so i beat with a 10lb hammer ended up bending the spindle too

Please advice, my xc60 is model 2012 and has only 70000km on it (I am the first owner), I never changed the timing belt, is it recommended to change it now or wait to more kilometrage?

Never wash engine without covering the brain of the car

These brake rotors rust so they stuck on the bearings on most of them. Poor and cheap design.

If you do your oil change remove the drainplug let the oil out then replace the oil filter and finally put the drainplug back with a new washer. Why this way ? there will drain some old oil into the oilpan when removing the filter.

Should you clean the engine bay, was always afraid doing it

Why would a Nissan Micra have has an engine bay detail previously? A bit of grease under the bonnet will help with corrosion 😊
